We reserve the right to refuse access to the website or cancel orders for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, use of the website, or access to the website or any contact on the website, without express written permission by us.
3. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We work hard to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional human errors or typographical mistakes may occur. If we discover an error that affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order with the correct details or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Modifications to the Website and Prices
Prices for our products are all in SGD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website (or any part thereof) at any time. However, any such modifications, suspensions, or price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed, paid for, and confirmed. We remain fully committed to fulfilling all confirmed orders or providing a full refund if fulfillment is impossible.
5. Products
We specialize in physical goods, specifically ethnic Indian clothing. We do not offer digital services or subscriptions. Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website.
- Readystock Items: We offer worldwide delivery for all Readystock items.
- Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items are currently only available for delivery to Singapore and Malaysia through the site.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed and payment received, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or the option to substitute with an equivalent item.
For pre-order items, the price displayed at the time of order placement is the confirmed price for that order. Estimated wait times for pre-order items vary and will be communicated upon order confirmation. If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of ethnic clothing and textiles, slight variations in weaving, beadwork, or print are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Product Imagery and Representation:
- Please take note that we have made a consistent effort to make the colours and finishes similar to the image of the products you see on screen. However, the actual product and images on the website can differ! Customer discretion is advised.
- Note: The products in the image are for illustration purposes. Please refer to “items included in the package” on the product page to understand what is inclusive of the price if there are multiple products in the image.
Orders will only be confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or payment and will issue refunds or cancellations in accordance with our store policies if such errors occur.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.
- Customer Responsibility: You, the buyer, are solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees required by your local government. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost paid at checkout.
- Customs Delays & Refusals: We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance. If you refuse to pay the required customs fees and the package is returned to us or abandoned, we will not refund the original shipping cost, and any return shipping fees incurred by SAMVEECHI will be deducted from your final refund.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ethnic clothing purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges and may provide refunds under the following conditions: Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy
8. Shipping Liability and Force Majeure
While we work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, mishaps do happen. As such, SAMVEECHI is willing to refund items damaged in shipping based on our Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been handed over to the courier. Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, customs holds, international postal strikes, or global supply chain disruptions. If SAMVEECHI is found liable, the total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the order.
9. Shipping Policy
We ship internationally, to all countries from Singapore. As preorder items are first received in India, forwarded to Singapore for quality checks, then delivered, delivery will take longer than Readystock items. For more details, please check the shipping policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, logos, graphics, is the exclusive property of SAMVEECHI and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our content or imagery without our express written permission.
11. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us or limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
12. Payment Terms and Failed Transactions
If an order is not paid within 60 minutes of placement, it will be automatically cancelled. In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback on a fulfilled order, SAMVEECHI reserves the right to pursue recovery of the order value and to permanently refuse service to the customer.
